Bondora schließt das Forum

Bondora war in den letzten Monaten schon öfter unangenehm aufgefallen, weil man sich von der früheren vorbildlichen Transparenz verabschiedet hatten. So sind z.B. die ausgefallenen Kredite nur noch über Umwege aufsummierbar - in den ersten Jahren hingegen gab es sogar noch eine Mail bei jedem neuen Ausfall.

Nun geht man einen konsequenten Schritt weiter. Noch diese Woche wird, was viele Anleger schon prognostiziert hatten, auch das Forum geschlossen. Offenbar gibt es hier zu viele kritische Anmerkungen, die Neuanleger "verschrecken" könnten - und auf diese ist Bondora dringend angewiesen.

Dass man als Alternative dann auf ein privates Forum verweist, empfinde ich als zynisch. Wer findet das schon? Bislang wusste noch nicht mal ich von diesem englischsprachigen Ableger. Das ist nun wirklich keine Alternative.

Das ist keine konstruktive Auseinandersetzung mit berechtigter Kritik. Aufklären, nicht zensieren. Auf lange Sicht tut sich Bondora damit keinen Gefallen.

Bondoras Mail im Wortlaut:

For us it is important to be present in topics concerning Bondora and our official channel where we respond to discussions is our blog.

We are letting you know that after January 7th 2016 Bondora forum will no longer be hosted on our site. Nevertheless, new discussions and topics that benefit the investor community will be from now on available on Wiseclerk. But before you can start exchanging views there you need to register yourself."

Als smava das Forum schloss, war das ein deutliches Anzeichen dafür, dass es als p2p-Plattform zuende geht. Na dann warten wir mal, wie lange die Statistiken etc. noch downloadbar sind.

Nachtrag: interessant ist Pärtel Tombergs (CEO von Bondora) Sicht  auf die Angelegenheit:

In terms of the forum - the number of people posting here has dropped to very low figures with most active users not being customers for many years now. There is no point for us to keep open a channel that is full of misinformation, spam, intentional misleading posts by some bloggers etc. The amount of work keeping this clean is incredible unless we would moderate every single post. Yet again other customers come here and think this is an official channel with official information - but reading through the posts its very hard to pick up many facts that are actually valid. Instead we will focus, as the email said, on the blog and allow the forum to be picked up by sites that actually run forums actively.

Please just enjoy the last day of the forum, try not see evil in anything we do and set up your account with either Wiseclerk or any other forums people have marketed above."

• Die meisten Forumsdiskussionen fanden sehr wohl zwischen sehr aktiven Investoren statt (zumindest was den englischen Part angeht)
• Ich habe noch nie Spam gesehen, wohl aber viele Beiträge, die bondora wohl nicht so toll fand,
• Eine Moderation fand nicht statt. Alle Beiträge gingen sofort life und wenn welche gelöscht wurden, waren das höchstens eine Handvoll in den letzten Jahren
• Das Wiseclerkforum ist als Alternative ein Witz, da es bislang kaum User hat. 

Tatsache ist natürlich dass das Forum insgesamt eher kritisch und daher von Bondora ungeliebt ist. Das Argument, es sieht offiziell aus und könne daher den falschen Eindruck erwecken, ist nicht ganz aus der Luft gegriffen. Aber Bondora hatte nicht nur hier vielfach die Gelegenheit, kritische Anmerkungen mitzubekommen. Nur aufgegriffen wurden sie gefühlt nie. Schade darum.
Dass Unternehmen immer noch nicht die Chance im Dialog mit den Kunden sehen. Bondora geht nun den auxmoney-Weg. Was interessieren mich unzufriedene Anleger, es gibt ja immer neue. Man wird sich umgucken, sobald die Zinsen mal insgesamt anziehen.
